For me and my crusty, ringing ears, the tribute album lost it's charm long ago. But once in a while, there's still one that hits it outta the park. When the subject is as great as SLOAN, it's a can't lose proposition. I've never heard the majority of the acts here (tho I'm a big fan of Fireking), but damned if I hear a duff track on this set.
